Home-Refunds & Cancellations

Refund Conditions

We aim to keep refunds and cancellations clear and fair for furniture, home furnishings, and service orders.

Cancellations before fulfillment

You may cancel an order before fulfillment or service scheduling for a full refund, subject to payment confirmation.

Cancellations after fulfillment begins

If fulfillment or service has started, refunds are prorated based on the work already completed and any incurred costs.

How to request a refund

  • Email management@noorlitltd.ink with subject “Refund Request”.
  • Include your name, email, order date, and reason for the request.
  • We will reply within 3 business days with the status.

Exceptions

Custom-made products and completed services may be non-refundable, except where required by law.
